Brief Introduction:

This premade pouch filling machineis specially developed for various premade bags with laminated film. The bag is placed on the top and the position is adjustable. The machine is suitable for different types and sizes of bags and is easy to replace. According to different weighing machine, This machine can be used for packaging of different types of materials.

Features:

1. The machine stops running when the safety key interlock switch is pulled out;

2. No bag prompting function;

3. Self-diagnosis function of open the bag failed(The bag can be reused); In that case, the machine will not fill and seal, it will re-take the bag;

4. Positioning (anti-dropping) function of hopper;

5. Warning function of cartridge heater fault ;

6. Warning function of cylinder fault;

7. Warning function which air pressure is not up to standard.

Application:

1. Capacity is basic on bag size, required the bag size is not over the range the machine can do.

2. Suit to packing 1.5kg max or around.

3. Suit to handle granule coffee bean, petfood, candies, etc. So this machine can also be customized as Candy Packaging Machine and Cookies Packing Machine, etc.
